Atlas Compute Campus is a 240 MW AI-ready data center development strategically located in Fort Pierce, Florida—engineered to meet the unprecedented compute demands of the artificial intelligence era. Purpose-built for high-density, liquid-cooled GPU infrastructure, the campus delivers unmatched performance, scalability, and sustainability for hyperscalers, cloud providers, and enterprise AI innovators.

The Campus

Spanning 22 acres, the Atlas Compute Campus consists of three 80 MW facilities optimized for next-generation workloads and designed to expand seamlessly to 1 GW of total capacity.
Each facility integrates N+1 redundancy, Tier III+ security standards, and liquid-cooling infrastructure capable of supporting power densities of up to 100 kW per rack.

The modular layout ensures maximum flexibility—allowing phased development, parallel tenant onboarding, and rapid deployment in a market where speed-to-market defines competitive advantage.
